Welcome to Livvay. By accessing our store and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are crafted to ensure the highest standard of service and the safe delivery of our modern furniture pieces to your home.

1. Product Representation & Variation

  • Natural Materials: Livvay prides itself on using premium wood, stone, and fabrics. Because these are natural materials, slight variations in grain, texture, and color are expected and considered part of the unique character of the piece.
  • Display Accuracy: We strive to display colors as accurately as possible. However, due to screen calibration differences, the color you see on your device may vary slightly from the physical product.

2. Ordering & Bespoke Items

  • Order Confirmation: An order is only considered “Accepted” once the initial deposit or full payment is verified.
  • Custom/Made-to-Order: For bespoke pieces (custom fabric or dimensions), orders cannot be changed or canceled after 48 hours of placement, as the production of your unique piece will have commenced.

3. Shipping & The “Fit-Check” Responsibility

  • Delivery Access: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the ordered furniture can fit through doorways, stairwells, and elevators. Please consult our “Measurement Guide” before purchasing.
  • Failed Delivery: If a delivery fails because the item cannot fit into the premises or no one is available to receive it at the scheduled time, a re-delivery fee will apply.
  • White-Glove Service: Our team will place the furniture in your room of choice and remove packaging. Please inspect the item thoroughly before the delivery team leaves.

4. Lead Times & Delays

  • Estimated Delivery: Furniture manufacturing is a craft. While we provide estimated timelines, these are not guaranteed. Livvay is not liable for delays caused by raw material shortages or logistical disruptions.
  • Storage Fees: If your order is ready but you are unable to receive it, we provide 7 days of free storage. Thereafter, a daily storage fee will be applied.

5. Damages & Discrepancies

  • On-Arrival Inspection: Any visible damage to the packaging or the product must be noted on the Proof of Delivery (POD) document at the time of arrival.
  • Report Window: Hidden manufacturing defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting high-resolution photographs.

6. Warranty & Usage

  • Structural Warranty: Livvay offers a 1-Year Limited Structural Warranty on all frames. This does not cover “wear and tear,” fabric pilling, or damage caused by improper cleaning/misuse.
  • Commercial Use: Unless specified, our furniture is designed for residential use. Using residential pieces in a high-traffic commercial setting may void the warranty.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, photography, and “Room Lookbooks” on Livvay.store are the exclusive property of Livvay. Unauthorized reproduction of our furniture designs or digital assets is strictly prohibited.
